It’s been a tough summer for businesses on Cape Breton Island, especially for those in the tourism industry who depend upon a busy tourism season to keep their doors open. Here at the brewery we wanted to do our part to help out. Here is what we came up with:
Breton’s ‘Support our Island Time’ T-Shirt Contest
The idea is pretty simple: Buy a cool shirt. Support some awesome businesses. Win an Island Time adventure!

$10 from every ‘Island Time’ t-shirt sold will be used to purchase experiences, products, and gift cards from different businesses around the island in an effort to help support them during these trying times! The best part? We are going to raffle off some awesome prize packages made up of all the items purchased from this initiative. Every package will include a night’s stay somewhere on the island, somewhere to eat, and some fun things to do! The more shirts that are sold, the more items we can buy, the better the giveaways get!… and most importantly, the more businesses we can support!
Shirts are available for pre-sale now until next Friday, August 7th. We will be delivering shirts that are within our delivery range in the CBRM/HRM, and shipping anything outside of these areas! We expect to start delivering the week of August 10th as they are available!
Every shirt purchased gets your name entered into the draw for one of the packages that will be put together! Draws will take place the week of August 17th.
