Ile Royale Saison is back!

Our French Saison is back!

Brewed in collaboration with The Fortress of Louisbourg Association, this saison is made with wheat, oats, rye, and molasses for a rustic and authentic-tasting ale. Fermented warm with Ardennes yeast, this beer has a dry and spicy finish, with hints of fruit.

You can find this one in cans in the taproom and online for home delivery in the CBRM, and coming to HRM for home delivery next week! Also available in pints at the Storehouse Tavern at The Fortress of Louisbourg!
