Featuring Danny MacNeil, Molly MacNeil, Breagh Kelly, and Bradley Murphy, this showcase brings together four distinct voices rooted in Cape Breton. From contemporary folk and heartfelt storytelling to Gaelic tradition and modern soundscapes.

Bios:
Danny MacNeil
Danny MacNeil is a Cape Breton–based singer-songwriter blending contemporary folk with lived experience and unvarnished honesty. His latest single, Plow Just Went By, has earned radio play across Nova Scotia and national attention including features on CBC’s The National and CTV. A carpenter by day, his intimate, story-driven songs reflect responsibility, love, and the quiet weight of everyday moments, delivered with a warm and grounded stage presence.
Molly MacNeil
Molly MacNeil is a Sydney, Nova Scotia–based singer-songwriter whose music blends storytelling with heartfelt, nostalgic melodies. A mother of twins, piano teacher, and lifelong musician, she writes songs reflecting the beauty and challenges of everyday life. Her debut single, Out of the Blue, showcases vivid imagery and emotional honesty woven into timeless, folk-inspired soundscapes.
Breagh Kelly
Breagh Kelly is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter carving out a vibrant path in both the music scene and her local community. Graduating this May with degrees in Business Administration and Community Studies, she is stepping into her next chapter as a solo artist while also performing across the province with her band, Coastline. She has appeared at festivals throughout Cape Breton, released her debut single Was It Something I Said, and recently made her major acting debut as Anna in Frozen at the Savoy Theatre.
Bradley Murphy
Bradley Murphy is a Gaelic musician from East Bay. Rooted in language and culture, his music bridges the ancient and the modern, showcasing the relevance, beauty, and power of tradition through warm electro-acoustic soundscapes.
